Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website. We value the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their representatives can send us a takedown notice if they believe their rights have been infringed. As an internet service provider, we are protected under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. An official signature from the copyright owner or their authorized agent;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
  3. Details about the infringing material and its location for easy removal;
  4. Contact information of the complaining party;
  5. A statement confirming that the complaining party believes the use of the material is not authorized;
  6. A declaration that the information provided is accurate and the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Section 17 USC §512(f) imposes penalties for misrepresenting information in a notice of infringement. Takedown notices should be sent through the Contact page via email.

It’s important to note that we may share your identity with the alleged infringer when processing copyright claims. By submitting a claim, you consent to this action.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice, you can submit a counter notification to have the material restored. The counter notification must include:

  1. Your signature;
  2. Description of the removed material and its original location;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake;
  4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Send your counter notice through our Contact page via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We adhere strictly to copyright laws and have a policy to deal with repeat infringers. Any accounts found repeatedly violating copyright laws will be terminated.

Modifications

We reserve the right to change our DMCA policy at any time. We advise checking back regularly for updates.
